Delivery area
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. If you would like to place an order for delivery outside the UK, please contact us before ordering. We cannot guarantee that international delivery will be available.
Delivery charges
Standard UK delivery is calculated according to the total weight of the order:
- Up to 2 kg: £5.95
- 2.01 kg to 10 kg: £8.95
- Over 10 kg: please contact us for a delivery quotation before ordering; these orders cannot use standard checkout delivery
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Local collection
Free local collection is available by prior arrangement from Inside Edlington Community Shop, 9 The Crescent, New Edlington, Doncaster DN12 1AJ. We will contact you when your order is ready. Please do not travel to collect an order until you have received confirmation.
In limited circumstances, an out-of-hours fitting or collection may be arranged at our registered office, 20 Fallow Drive, Doncaster, DN2 4FG. This address is not a shop or public drop-in location. Do not attend unless we have expressly confirmed an individual appointment with you.
Processing and dispatch times
Ready-made products are normally dispatched within 2–4 working days.
Personalised products are normally dispatched within 7–10 working days. This is the time required to prepare and personalise the item before it is handed to the delivery carrier.
Bespoke garments, alterations and unusually complex orders have individual timescales. We will confirm the expected schedule as part of the consultation or order process.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England. Lead times may be longer during busy periods, including Christmas, prom and wedding seasons. Where a different timescale applies, it will be displayed on the product page, communicated before work begins or agreed directly with you.
If an order contains items with different processing times, we will normally dispatch the complete order when every item is ready unless we agree otherwise with you.
Delivery after dispatch
Standard UK delivery normally takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we have expressly agreed that delivery by a particular date is essential.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the contract is entered into.
Address accuracy
Please check the delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
If an order is returned to us because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, we may ask you to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery. This does not affect your rights where an error was caused by us.
Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries
If your order is delayed, appears to be lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at hello@tftco.uk. Please include your order number and, for damaged parcels or items, photographs where reasonably possible. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Unless you independently arrange your own carrier, the goods remain our responsibility until they come into the physical possession of you or a person you have nominated to receive them.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events genuinely outside our reasonable control, but this does not remove any rights you have under consumer law. If we cannot fulfil the order within an agreed essential timescale or within the period required by law, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund.
Cancellations and returns
Cancellation and return rights are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy: https://tftco.uk/policies/refund-policy. Personalised or made-to-specification goods do not normally qualify for change-of-mind cancellation, but this does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrectly personalised by us.
