Turnaround Time
As every alteration, repair and bespoke order is completed individually, our typical turnaround times are:
5–10 working days
From the date your item is received or your order is confirmed.
Turnaround times may extend slightly during busy periods, particularly wedding and prom season. If you need an alteration, repair or bespoke order completed sooner, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.
Product Delivery Options
Delivery times begin after your item has been made, not from the date of order.
Local Collection
We offer free local collection from our location in Doncaster. You will be notified when your order is ready to collect.
Urgent Orders
If you require a faster turnaround, please get in touch prior to ordering. Rush orders may be available depending on workload.
